For our wholesale broker customers, we allow for loans to be submitted without every document being available. We will help move your loan request from application to close fast, while keeping the documentation requested from you to the absolute minimum.
However, all items requested must be submitted and approved prior to the loans actual closing or disbursement.
For all third party services we have contracted a special price and simplified the process through LendServ. They are a National Title Co that also offers bundled pricing with Title, Appraisal, Credit, Flood & Closing Settlement services. See bottom of our forms for their order forms and contact info.
