Borrowers even with damaged credit, minor or major, including SUB 500 scores, current bankruptcy / foreclosure bailout, investors who have more than 10 properites financed etc. all have options available. Seniors age 62 and over can qualify for loans that NEVER require a repayment or a monthly payment!

Long Term Adjustable rates - while we advise for fixed rates to the majority of our borrowers we also realize that is not the best product for every borrower so we also offer long term ARM’s starting at 5yrs and going up to 10yrs fixed before an adjustment can occur.

We DO NOT ever charge our borrowers a “mystery / last minute surprise” fee! You will only pay what has been discolsed and agreed upon, up-front, loans are compliant in Federal, State & Local Loan Limits.
